Overview
Everyone knows Mexico City is one of the best food cities in the world. The question is...why?
That's what we're here to figure out.
Over five delicious days we'll wander neighborhood markets, cruise the canals of Xochimilco, cook alongside local chefs, eat meals worth crossing continents for, discover why corn is the backbone of an entire civilization, and probably develop a slight pastry problem at Panadería Rosetta. (Worth it.)
We'll eat at tiny local spots, one of the best restaurants in the world, and plenty of places in between. We'll drink mezcal. We'll shop. We'll loosen our belts exactly zero times because denial is an important part of any food trip.
This isn't a restaurant checklist. It's a deep dive into the flavors, people, traditions, and stories that make Mexico City one of the most exciting culinary capitals on the planet.
